Search Engine Optimisation
First off we must state that our ethos is to only use SEO techniques that are approved of by the search engines (this is known as white hat techniques) we will never implement dubious or banned techniques (known as black hat techniques) either at our instigation or by request.
We normally work with clients in one of 3 ways:
SEO Built In
This is where we work with a client and their development and marketing teams from the outset of a project to ensure that SEO is built in, both to the technical aspects of the project but also that the substance of the site copy is optimsed for increased natural relevancy.
SEO added on
This is where we work with a client to re-engineer a site that was not built to be optimised for search in the beginning, because the original developers were misinformed as to SEO techniques or whether SEO awareness was originally zero. It isn’t a disaster to have built your site first and then optimise later, it just is generally more time consuming than if it is there from the ground up.
SEO Firefighting
This is for the situations when it has just all gone wrong.. your site which was working well and drawing a nice stream of traffic has now suddenly lost its ranking or is delisted altogether, this could be because you sat still and your competitors overtook you, or it could be because your last SEO company were using banned techniques and the search engine has caught you. All is not necessarily lost, we can still help you!
What we don’t do
As stated above, we don’t use techniques that will get your site penalised or banned We will not offer you a “Guaranteed” natural placing within a set time period. SEO firms that offer these guarantees are either lying, using techniques that will ultimately see you banned or will be guaranteeing placement for search terms that are trivial to obtain and will drive you little or no traffic.
