Simplest way to get Google to Index a new site?
To many people starting a new website one of the first SEO questions they ask is “How do I get my site listed in Google?”.
The common two answers used to be “Submit your site to Google for inclusion” which could take months for Google to actually get round to sending a spider to crawl you if they did it all, and “Get backlinks from sites that are indexed by Google already” which for someone new to the web game could be very challenging.
However now it’s an absolute doddle to get your new site crawled and indexed by Google, all you need to so is simply register your site with Google Webmaster Tools and verify it, and before you know it Googlebot will drop by and you’ll be indexed in no time.
It won’t mean that you will start being flooded with traffic by any means, but at least the first part of the battle to work your way up the rankings is now relatively much more simple!
