Google Pagerank update in progress
Related to the Google Smackdown that we reported last week, it is now evident that a global Pagerank update seems to be ongoing. Though it is progressing somewhat slower than we have seen in the past.
None of the sites that we are directly involved with have so far seen any changes. How do we know that we haven’t just kept the same Pagerank? Well new pages on sites that we know is indexed and is receiving large amounts of search traffic from Google are still without Pagerank and we know that there is enough internal juice on these sites for them to have a PR value.
We are seeing several of the sites that we monitor (competitor sites to the sites we are involved with) seeing Pagerank changes, some positve, some negative. So we wait to see how our sites are doing!
